In Flint, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across Michigan do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9 pm. I got the plain cheese pizza and it was the best pizza I've had in years. The crust is perfect, flaky and yummy. The pizza sauce is yummy. And the staff were so kind I never felt on pins and needles like I do at most restaurants when I'm ordering by phone. Thank you so much and keep up the great work! A quick update, September 2026 was wondering if you guys would consider less sodium, it might be the tomato paste making it high. Hard to say but I'm sad that my body is reacting to it now.

I was brought up eating at Latinas and it used to be really good. The lasagna used to be really juicy and good. A while ago I ate here and the lasagna was dry and mainly noodles and no sauce. A few months ago I gave them another chance and that time it was very good like it used to be. I ate there again yesterday and the lasagna was dry again and had no flavor. Definitely did not like paying the price I did just for a mainly noodles. Our waitress was fantastic as usual though. She has been our waitress the last 2 times. Not sure I want to try again. Kind of hit and miss lately. Disappointed because it used to be my favorite.

I was practically raised in this place by my parents in the 70’s-80’s and was in town for a funeral. This was like stepping back in time to a happier time/place. Baked mostaccioli and pizza were just as incredible as I remembered; maybe even better (is that possible?). Service by Hannah was outstanding to top it off. Well done Latina’s, a Flint treasure!

Latina is locally popular and known for its stromboli and baked lasagna. The portions were generous enough to take home for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. While both the lasagna and stromboli were huge and full of cheese, they were a bit bland, with a tomato sauce that lacked any distinct Italian flavor. The beer was ice cold and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Worth coming back again.

Visit Nov '25. Weekend, early evening. Only a few customers. Ordered pizza. It came timely. Lots of toppings. Not covered by a layer of cheese like some places. Not much sauce. It was warm, not hot, like it had sat for a while. The server was unusually loud. There was a lack of professionalism. The restroom needed cleaning. Water and bits of paper towels around. Waste container nearly full. The pizza was OK. Visit OK. Just not a well managed restaurant. Forgot to get pics of pizza when delivered. It looked very good. Did take pics of leftovers.
